    The Micro Flush™ Internal Engine Cleaning and Filtration System evolved in March of 1997, when expensive engine flush machines that were available on the market did not appear to clean the oiling system satisfactorily.

     The challenge was to develop a system that totally cleaned the complete internals of a combustion engine with affordable equipment at a reasonable price to the consumer.

     Because the founder of Micro Flush’s has an extensive background in motor racing, he demanded that all the components would have to be able to withstand extreme pressure and be of a very high quality.  It was determined that to clean all the internals of an engine properly, the system had to be designed to allow the engine TO RUN while being cleaned.  Hence, the remote filtering system was decided upon, incorporating a simple wireless timer.

     A specially formulated detergent-based cleaning solution, not solvent-based, compatible with all engines, was developed by Micro Flush™ .  This oil completely protects all the engine’s moving parts without damaging oil seals or gaskets, while cleaning the inside of the engine.  It is environmentally safe and can be disposed of with other waste oils.

    A 1-micron patented filter was developed that was large enough to trap all the loosened debris and particulates during the cleaning cycle, and not create back pressure or starve the engine from its vital oil pressure and lubrication while running.  The material used in the filter also had to have the capabilities of withstanding high temperatures.  A vortex extraction system was developed with patented adapters, drain plugs and vacuum pump system.  Virtually all sludge, contaminants, unwanted particulates and old oil that are left in the engine, are removed.  The cleaning process should be undertaken once a year or every 24,000 miles, at the same time an oil change is performed.  It is very simple for a service technician to perform and adds under 8 minutes to the service.

     The final results are amazing:  engines are cleaned to almost new condition, EPA emissions are reduced, horsepower is increased, engine life is increased and engine oil stays cleaner, longer.  AND...the price is right -- cleaning and filtration systems for dealers start at $999 and the cost to the customer is from $69.95 per service.
